Hyper Competition Camp Includes

Seminars (Creative Forms Combinations, Creative Weapons* Combinations + Tricks)
Training Kit: Special Camp T-shirt, Bag, Martial Arts Athlete Notebook, Evaluation Cards
Photoshoot
Competition Evaluation Cards: Pro Trainer watches your form and writes down the 3 most important tips to improve your scores.
Camp ends with everyone getting certificates and group photo.
*Train with your weapon of choice: bo staff, doube bo, kama, chux, or sword

What to Bring

Hyper Pro Training Shirt and Pants
Bring snacks and water to eat after each session to stay energized.
Bring extra Hyper shirt for Photoshoot

9am -10am Check In + Photo (Pick Up Training Kit & Take Photo)

10am-12pm Camp Begins -- Warm Up + Creative Forms Combinations

12pm - 2pm Weapons Combinations + Tricks
(Bo, Double Bo, Sword, Kama, Chux)

2pm- 3pm Lunch Break (Bring A Bagged Lunch)

3pm - 3:30pm Creative Forms Combinations II +
Competition Evaluation Card

3:30pm – 4:30pm Snack Break // After Forms Evaluation
(Bring Bagged & Fruit/Snacks)

4:30pm - 6pm Weapons Training Session II + Competition
Evaluation Card

6pm - 7pm Open Mat & Help Session / Photoshoot 2
